Dawn Anderson

I turned 50 last year and whilst I do not relish the prospect of getting older I do have to say it has opened doors – I joined Elaine and Martin’s dance class for over 50s! I have always been interested in dancing and love watching strictly but never thought I myself would be learning to cha-cha-cha!  Learning dance moves is good for keeping the brain active and it is also good for   Your physical health especially as it is good fun and a sociable activity! I am thoroughly enjoying my classes with Elaine and Martin who are very encouraging and patient. I thoroughly enjoy their classes as they make you feel very welcome and recommend their classes, workshops and social evenings to anyone.
